1. Who we are

RAMHYS Pte. Ltd. ("RAMHYS", "we", "us") is a holding company registered in Singapore. Our group companies include PT Galaksi Investasi Harapan (GIH), PT GADA Integrated Systems (GADA) and CHAKRA, each a separate legal entity.

This notice explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal data when you visit ramhys.com, contact us, or apply for funding or partnership. RAMHYS is responsible for personal data collected through this website.

2. Personal data we collect

Information you give us: your name, organisation, email address, country, the industry and enquiry type you select, company stage, funding sought and the content of your message. This also applies to anything you send us by email or share in later discussions, such as business plans or financial information about your company.

Technical information: when you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically records standard server data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time. We do not use cookies or similar technologies for tracking or advertising.

3. How we use personal data

• To respond to your enquiry and keep in contact with you about it.
• To assess funding applications, partnership proposals and other opportunities, including due diligence.
• To manage our relationship with you and, where relevant, to introduce you to group companies that can help.
• To keep the website secure and working properly.
• To meet legal, regulatory and accounting obligations, and to establish or defend legal claims.

4. Our legal grounds

We process personal data with your consent, which you give when you send us an enquiry, and where it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement. We also rely on our legitimate interests in running and protecting our business, and on legal obligations where they apply. These grounds are recognised by the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (PDPA), Indonesia's Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP) and Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

5. Who we share it with

• Group companies, where your enquiry concerns their work or where they can help.
• Service providers who support us, such as website hosting and email providers, under contracts that require them to protect the data and use it only on our instructions.
• Professional advisers such as lawyers, auditors and accountants, under a duty of confidentiality.
• Co-investors or partners, only with your agreement and normally under a confidentiality agreement.
• Authorities, courts or regulators, where the law requires it.
• We do not sell personal data.

6. International transfers

We operate in Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia, and our service providers may store data in other countries. When personal data is transferred outside the country where it was collected, we take steps to ensure it receives a standard of protection comparable to the law of that country, for example through contractual safeguards.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Enquiries that do not lead to a relationship are normally deleted within two years of our last contact. Where we enter into an investment, partnership or other agreement, we keep records for as long as the relationship lasts and for the period required by law afterwards.

8. How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use, loss or disclosure. Access is limited to people who need it for their work. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending highly sensitive information through the website form.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, withdraw your consent, or ask us to delete it or restrict its use. Under Indonesian law, you may also request a copy of your data in a commonly used format and object to certain processing.

To make a request, email info@ramhys.com. We may need to verify your identity. We aim to respond within 30 days. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer continue discussions with you.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the relevant authority, such as the Personal Data Protection Commission in Singapore, the personal data protection authority in Indonesia, or the Personal Data Protection Commissioner in Malaysia.

10. Links to other websites

Our website links to the websites of our group companies and others. Each website has its own privacy practices, and this notice does not cover them.

11. Children

This website is intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

12. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated. If this notice is translated, the English version applies where there is any difference.
